Last updated: 13 May 2026
These terms govern your use of deeptechsignals.com ("the Site"), operated by Cambridge Future Tech Ltd("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Nature of the service
Deep Tech Signals is a curated showcase of early-stage deep tech ventures. We are not authorised or regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing on the Site is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy securities. Information about specific investment opportunities is communicated only to members who have validly self-certified under the UK Financial Promotion Order.
2. Eligibility & member self-certification
To access members-only material you must be at least 18 and validly self-certify as a high net worth, self-certified sophisticated, or restricted investor under article 48, 50A or 23 of the Financial Promotion Order. False self-certification is a criminal offence under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
3. Risk warning
Investments in early-stage companies are high risk. You may lose all of your capital. Investments are illiquid and rarely pay dividends. You will not be covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Tax treatment depends on individual circumstances and may change.
4. No advice
We do not provide investment, tax or legal advice. You should take independent professional advice before making any investment decision.

You agree not to:
- Share members-only material with anyone outside the membership
- Misrepresent your identity or eligibility

- Use the Site to send spam or unlawful communications
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (including venture profiles, copy, logos and design) is owned by Cambridge Future Tech or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission.
7. Third-party content
Venture profiles and pitch decks are provided by the founders of those ventures. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or currency of that content and we accept no liability for it.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or investment losses arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud where this cannot be limited by law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including where your self-certification has expired, where you breach these terms, or where we cease to operate the Site.
